<p>A fluid machine (10) has a sealed container (11) having an oil sump (16) formed at its bottom, a main compression mechanism (3) to which oil contained in an upper layer section (16a) of the oil sump (16) is supplied, a rotary motor (8), a shaft (38) for the main compression mechanism, for interconnecting the main compression mechanism (3) and the rotary motor (8), a power recovery mechanism (5) placed at a lower position than the upper layer section (16a) and recovering power from operation fluid, an auxiliary compression mechanism (2) placed at a lower position than the upper layer section (16a), a power recovery shaft (16) for interconnecting the power recovery mechanism (5) and the auxiliary compression mechanism (2), and a heat insulation structure (80) located between the upper layer section (16a) and the power recovery mechanism (5) and limiting flow of oil between the upper layer section (16a) of the oil sump (16) and a lower layer section (16b), in which the power recovery mechanism (5) is placed, of the oil sump.</p> |
