FIELD: medicine; pharmacology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the solid dosed out medicinal form of mycophenolic acid or mycophelate with enteric layer, containing mycophenolic acid or mycophelate in quantity from approximately 35 to approximately 65 wt % in recalculation on a full weight of the solid dosed out medicinal form, including enteric layer, and the medicinal form is obtained using the method which is carried out in the presence of a nonaqueous dissolvent, and the way includes mixing of mycophenolic acid or mycophelate with additives and drawing of the enteric layer dissolved or dispersed in the specified nonaqueous dissolvent. ^ EFFECT: increased bioavailability of mycophelate or mycophenolic acid. ^ 13 cl, 4 ex |
