The present invention relates to lotion compositions comprised on a body facing surface of an absorbent article such as a diaper, training pants or a dult incontinence product. The lotion composition reduces the adherence of f eces or menses to the human skin. The lotion composition comprises at least two compounds wherein one first compound is liquid at 250C and at least one second component which is solid at 250C. An effective amount of the lotion c omposition is comprised on a body facing surface of an absorbent article whi ch is intended to be worn by a wearer.
