The molded arrester elements stack (6) is provided with the molded rubber (67) comprising silicone rubber or the like integrally molded around the outer circumference of an arrester elements stack (61), and the molded rubber (67) is provided with a conically-shaped portion (67b) to be able to be fitted in the tapered inner surface of the tapered insertion hole (53a).
