On die termination apparatus is provided to solve a problem of a noise and current consumption by directly using a voltage of a ZQ node. On die termination apparatus comprises an external resistor, a calibration resistor(210), a current mirror part(220), and a code generation part(230). The external resistor connects to the first node(ZQ). A plurality of calibration resistors are turned on/off with the calibration code, and connect to the second node. The current mirror part mirrors the current flowing in the first node and the second node. The code generation part responds to current amount flowing in the first node and the second node, and generates the calibration code.
