<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image data communication system in which considerable image distortion is suppressed not to be conspicuous and overhead is suppressed as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: The image data communication system includes an image data distributing apparatus 101 which successively distributes a plurality of pieces of the same moving image data with a predetermined time difference, and an image data receiving apparatus 109 which receives the plurality of pieces of the same moving image data distributed from the image data distributing apparatus 101. The image data distributing apparatus 101 includes a function for sending at least one image data sending packet with the plurality of pieces of the same image data stored within the same packet for the unit of a block having a fixed length.
