<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism whereby services different from each user can be provided by ensuring an interface independently of the services between a service apparatus and a platform apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A service providing platform apparatus includes the platform apparatus 100 and the service apparatuses 110, 111, 112. The platform apparatus includes: a first means that has a user profile for managing information denoting the service apparatus to which packets are to be shared by each user or each communication flow of the users, specifies a sender, a destination user and a communication flow type of packets arriving through a main transfer network, searches the user profile, and particularizes information denoting the service apparatus to which the packets are to be shared; and a second means for sharing the packets to the service apparatus on the basis of the information denoting the particularized service apparatus.
