<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite vessel which is injection-molded by inserting a blank in a forming die to integrate a resin with the blank, easily disintegrate the used vessel into the resin, the blank, a paper and a plastic film of the blank for recycling. <P>SOLUTION: The blank 10 used for the composite vessel is formed by punching a laminate sheet with at least a paper and a plastic film like a shell plate 1, lamination is performed by adjusting the application quantity of an adhesive or the like so that the peel strength of a lamination surface of the paper and the plastic sheet of the blank is 0.3-1.0 N/15 mm with, the blank 10 is inserted in the forming die, the resin is injected to integrally mold the composite vessel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
