<p>A method and device to decode a digital signal, in particular an OFDM signal, received by a plurality of channels. Each channel is individually processed and demodulated and comprises a likelihood processor (100a,100b,100N), to combine a bit likelihood ( LLR n ) or symbol likelihood, into a combined likelihood stream ( CLLR ). The system can be cascaded to accommodate any number of channels and allows individual weighting, by programmable external coefficients. It is particularly suited to the reception of DVB signal or other ODFM radio networks.</p> |
