A PC integrated TV having an effective heat discharging structure is provided to install four heat discharging plates, thereby effectively discharging heat of a PC mainboard and a TV mainboard of the PC integrated TV. A system chip set(113) including a video controller and an audio controller and an integrated circuit used as a central processing unit(112) are mounted on a PC mainboard(111). A dual core chip(124) in which a TV signal processing unit and a controller are mounted to one chip and an audio amplifier chip(126a) are mounted on a TV mainboard(120). The PC mainboard, the TV mainboard, an ATX(Advanced Technology Extension) power board(135) and an SMPS(Switching Mode Power Supply) power module board on a base frame(10) are isolated from the outside by a shiled case to form an internal space. The shield case comprises a cooler and a plurality of heat discharging holes. The cooler can be implemented by using a suction fan.
