<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data verification system capable of determining more correctly whether a service should be practiced or not in making a determination on whether the service should be practiced or not on the basis of an image forming apparatus's motion information obtained by an image forming apparatus management apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus management apparatus 102 obtains values showing the past results of operation including the number of copied sheets 512, scanner scanning part operation factors 513, laser optical part operation factors 514, and drum revolution speeds 515 or the like of the image forming apparatuses 101a, 101b during one month.
