<p>The invention relates to a gymnastics and/or sporting device (1) for training and/or building up human muscle. At least one bearing surface (2), which is used to receive a human body part, for example, a hand (9), a foot (10), a knee or an elbow, is provided. When the user uses the device (1), force can be applied thereto (1) with the aid of a body part which is in contact with the bearing surface (2), and said device (1), which is arranged with the under side thereof (5) on the floor, can be displaced in a sliding manner over the floor due to the force exerted upon said device (1). Said device (1) is characterised in that the under side (5) and the upper side (4) are configured in such a manner that they can be displaced in a sliding manner by rotating the device (1) on the floor, such that the device (1) can be used in an alternating manner on both sides. A first sliding material is arranged on the upper side (4) and a second sliding material, which is different from the first, is arranged on the under side thereof (5), such that the device (1) can be used on at least two different types of floors.</p> |
