<p>The earpiece has an external receiver (11) with an external receiver connecting piece at a sound outlet. An ear adjusting piece (10) holds the receiver in an ear channel. Inner side of the ear adjusting piece is turned towards an ear drum and the receiver is fastened at outer side in a removable manner. The receiver is fastened to an ear adjusting piece with a bayonet joint. A part of the bayonet joint is firmly connected with the receiver connecting piece and rotated from the inner side of the ear adjusting piece.</p>
