A coating method of the waterproofing and anti-corrosive paint suppressing the discoloration of film is provided to extend and maintain lifetime of structure by preventing the efflorescence. A coating method of the waterproofing and anti-corrosive paint comprises: a step that solution in which a hardener and solventless polyepoxy based main materials are mixed in 1:4 volume % for 10 minutes and the mixture solution is applied on the concrete; a step that blue organic pigment of proper quantity is added to the epoxy based main materials and lower paint hardened at the room temperature for 72 hours; and a step that middle paint prepared by mixing epoxy based main materials and a hardener in a volume ratio of 4:1 is applied on the lower paint and is hardened at the room temperature for 72 hours; and a step that vinyl acetate based upper paint added with amorphous alumina micro-powder of 5-30% is applied on the middle paint and is hardened for 72 hours.
