A manufacturing process for panel of vehicle equipped with a special device is provided to automatize the production line and improve the productivity and quality of product since the loaded panel is easily moved out easily through the panel loading means. A manufacturing process for panel of vehicle equipped with a special device comprises following steps: a finishing material transfer step which transfers the panel off-loading means(70) of the finishing material(101) provided to the one-side part and supplied; an adiabatic material supply step which transfers of the adiabatic material(100) of the other side and put on the conveyor(14); an adhesive coating step coating the junction of the adiabatic material with adhesive; an adiabatic material soldering step for transferring the adiabatic material in which adhesive is coated and adhering the adiabatic material to the finishing material.
