<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the communication time between a sever and a communication terminal device by reducing a processing load, on the server and the terminal device, until a user discovers desired contents, in a technique capable of outputting information stored in the server connected to the Internet from an image forming device located remotely. <P>SOLUTION: (1) According to an instruction for transmitting a printing data list received from a cellular phone, (2) a document server 2 transmits the data list. (3) After receiving information on printing data selected from the data list from the cellular phone and (4) transmitting a preview image of the selected printing data to the cellular phone, (5) when the server receives a printing instruction for the preview image from the cellular phone, (6) it transmits original printing data of the preview image to the cellular phone.
