<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic document printing system capable of more quickly providing the printing output of the 1st page and the whole printing output to a user in the case of printing out electronic document data prepared by a format such as a PDF format in which structure description necessary for interpreting the structure of data is described in the final part of the electronic document. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic document printing system 10 is constituted of a printer 30 capable of directly rasterizing an electronic document prepared by the format in which structure description necessary for interpreting the structure of data is described in the final part of the electronic document and a computer device 20. The computer device 20 edits electronic document data prepared by the format in each page as new electronic document data, reconstitutes the electronic document data and transmits the edited electronic document data to the printer.
