PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a solar battery cover film of high conversion efficiency and superior durability and used for providing a solar battery module of superior productivity and economic efficiency and provide a manufacturing method thereof and also manufacture a solar battery module using the cover film. SOLUTION: A solar battery module 100 is formed by forming, for instance an ultraviolet shut-off layer 2 and an infrared shut-off layer 3 on a base film 1, and a back cover film is formed by forming a high light reflection layer 4 formed on a base film 1', and respective film are laminated on the front face or the back of a solar battery element 6 through filler layers 5 and 5'. |
