A decoration member is provided to remove the foreign material attached to the mobile unit and glasses etc. by a cleaner equipped in the bottom surface. A decoration member equipped with a lighting-emitting device comprises: a bottom member(120) on one side of which the annular part(124) is equipped and at the inside of which a space part(123) is formed; an upper member(110) which is attached and detached to the upper part of the bottom member and is equipped with a light-emitting element; a cleaner which is welded to the lower-part of the bottom member and removes foreign materials attached to the liquid crystal(140); and a light emitting unit(130) which is adopted to the space part and is connected to the emitting device. |
