A coupling fixture is provided to complete the connection between a heating element and a heat sink through the working of pushing the fixture in. A fixture for coupling a heating element with a heat sink comprises the followings: a body portion(100) which has bending elasticity and at least one division slit(120) formed therein so as to be inserted into the heating element and heat sink; a head unit(200) which has the transverse section greater than that of the body portion and is combined with one side of the body portion; and a hooking protrusion(110) which surrounds an outer surface of the body portion. The head unit is adhered closely to the outer surface of one of the heating element and heat sink, and the hooking protrusion is hung on the other of heating element and heat sink.
