A user participation type IPTV digital information display system and a UCC manufacturing method using the same are provided to enable a user to search and receive necessary advertisement and information easily and bidirectionally by using a touch screen, a tablet monitor, and a hand writing recognizing technique. In one or more service clients, advertisement and information search, moving picture UCC(User Client Contents) manufacture, digital postcard manufacture, and digital free scribbling are possible. A remote management server collects service and data provided from a service client', and manages and transmits the service and data to an IPTV broadcasting server. The IPTV broadcasting server transmits the service transmitted from the remote management server to one or more service clients.
