摘要 A manufacturing method of low temperature resistance switch combination for superconducting fault current limiter coated with the Ag coatingimproveis provided to prevent the changing of characteristic of the ceramic superconductor and improve the pull strength and the constant resistance between superconductor and the shunt metal (by-pass metal). A manufacturing method of low temperature resistance switch combination for superconducting fault current limiter includes the steps of: the Ag coating layer formation process which electronically plates Ag on the surface of superconductor; the soldering processing of soldering-uniting the shunt metal by using the solder material for the outer surface of the Ag coating; the annealing process which perfoms the annealing treatment by heating up the ceramic superconductor in which the Ag coating layer is formed. The Ag coating layer formation process includes the homogeneous nucleation process and the coating layer growth process growing the Ag coating layer in the state that relatively lowers the electric current density than the electric current density used in the homogeneous nucleation process.
