A pressure sensor inspecting method and apparatus are provided to inspect the perfect fault of the pneumatic sensor by applying air pressure to the inside of the pneumatic sensor while holding the pneumatic sensor in the air and checking a pressure leakage. A pressure sensor inspection apparatus includes a nest(20) in which a pneumatic sensor(10) to be tested is placed, an arm(40) in which a vertical arm(42) arranged to be ascended and descended straight on the nest is extended and a pneumatic passage is formed, a cylinder(50) ascending and descending the arm, a chuck unit(100) formed on the vertical end of the arm, a holder(95) limiting the descent range of the chuck unit, and a vertical pin(43) perpendicularly installed within the center passage of the vertical arm.
