<p>A colored photocurable resin composition is provided to ensure excellent adhesion even if a coloring material is contained and the little exposure dose is applied, and excellent sensitivity, and not to generate the developed residue or the surface fault on the substrate. A colored photocurable resin composition comprises a binder resin(A), photopolymerizable compound(B), photopolymerization initiator(C), coloring material(D) and solvent(E). The photocurable acrylic copolymer(a-1) is characterized that the binder resin is a copolymer consisting of a compound(a1) having an unsaturated bond and an unsaturated carboxylic acid compound(a2), obtained by performing copolymerization, or a unsaturated group-containing resin obtained by reacting a compound(a3) having an unsaturated bond and epoxy group in one molecule to the obtained copolymer. The photocurable alkali soluble multi-functional oligomer(a-2) is obtained by polymerizing a monomer(a'1) containing hydroxy group, a monomer(a'2) containing at least one functional group selected from a halogen atom, -OH and carboxy group, a monomer(a'3) containing a glycidyl group, and a monomer(a'4) having -OH or carboxy group and an unsaturated bonding group. The colored photocurable resin composition is manufactured by adding, polymerizing or condensing the photocurable acrylic copolymer(a-1) and the photocurable alkali soluble multi-functional oligomer(a-2).</p> |
