An apparatus for producing PVC spiral hose is provided to manufacture a spiral hose having tensile strength as much as that of new spiral hose using conventional new material resin in spite of using recycled resin. An apparatus for producing PVC spiral hose comprises a rigid recycled resin extruded from a first cylinder type extrusion fusion furnace(14) having an extrusion screw. Rigid recycled resin extruded from a second cylinder type extrusion fusion furnace(14a) having an extrusion screw is discharged into rigid core embedded recycled paste sheet(60) through a discharge nozzle unit(22) on outlet side. A cooling part(24) winding the recycled paste sheet(60) and then cooling it is equipped to get spiral hose.
