The lighting (1) has a housing (2), light source i.e. LED, and a light scattering layer including a light opening reed (3). The light scattering layer includes sides. The light exit opening reed and a path (5) define diameter of the light scattering layer formed perpendicular to the path. Two segments and comprehensive arc segment are provided, where one of the segments has width of 0.2-10 millimeter (mm), and the distance between the segments is 3-50 mm. The light scattering layer is formed of plastic.
