TIRE MOLD HAVING NICKEL REINFORCEMENT AND REPAIRING METHOD THEREOF

A tire mold having nickel reinforcement extending service life of a mold and repairing method thereof is provided to prevent deformation of a mold and then improve reliability by repairing a tire mold in short time at relatively low temperature. A tire mold comprises a tread which forms thread of tire; top and lower projections(130) protruded to the top and lower part of tread; and a side joining part(140,150) meeting at right angle on both ends of the upper and lower projections. The nickel reinforcement comprises the top and lower projections; an isosceles of 8mm through 10mm of length formed on the same plane as the side joining part; one side equipped with bottom formed on the same plane as the tread; and a vertex faced by 2mm through 3mm from one side.
