MOLDED CROSSLINKABLE-RESIN OBJECT, MOLDED CROSSLINKED-RESIN OBJECT, AND CROSSLINKED-RESIN/METAL LAMINATE

A crosslinkable resin molding which comprises a cycloolefin resin obtained by polymerizing a cycloolefinic monomer by ring-opening metathesis bulk polymerization and a crosslinking agent, wherein the cycloolefin resin is a polymer having a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of 10,000-50,000 and a molecular-weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 4.4 or lower; a crosslinked resin molding obtained by crosslinking the crosslinkable resin molding; and a crosslinked-resin/metal laminate which comprises the crosslinked resin molding and a metal foil superposed thereon. The crosslinkable resin molding has excellent melt flowability upon heating. Even when the crosslinkable resin molding is laminated to a substrate, no inner voids (thin spots) are formed and flatness is not impaired.
