<p>Dioxatricyclodecanes for arteriosclerosis and psychotherapy 2,9-Dioxatricyclo 4.3.1.03,7 decane derivs. are of formulae: (where R1 is alkoxy or aralkoxy; R2 is H, halogen or SCN; R3 is H or acyl). The 10,11-double bond may be hydrogenated. They are useful for treating arteriosclerosis and as psychotherapeutic agents. They are prepd. from didrovaltratum or from glucosides present in the roots and rhizomes of Valerianacea.</p> |
