ORDERING FORECASTING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF

An ordering forecasting management system and a method thereof are provided to the stabilization of materials supply at a manufacturing company side. An ordering forecasting management method comprises the following steps of: determining the standard stock based on the ordering forecasting amount of the previous cycle of a materials management period(S301); and calculating the ordering forecasting amount of the next cycle of the management period based on the standard stock. The process of determining the standard stock comprises the following steps of: calculating the forecasted stock(S303); calculating the expected shortage based on the forecasted stock(S305); and determining the standard stock by comparing the expected shortage with the forecasted stock(S307, S309, S311).
