A high efficiency dual LED lamp maximizes diffusion of the light by maximizing a radiation angle of the LED lamp. In an aluminum circuit board, an LED circuit board is formed on an aluminum plate. The high efficiency LED module is comprised by bonding a plurality of high efficiency LEDs(105) on the aluminum circuit board to be connected serially. Two high efficiency LED modules are attached to two surfaces facing the outside of the front side of a LED fixing triangle module(109a,109b). One side of the rear of the LED fixing triangle module is composed of a plane. A front surface of a heat sink is composed of a plane to receive a plurality of the LED fixing triangle modules. A plurality of vertical planes perpendicular to the front plane is formed in the rear of the heat sink. A transparent lamp cover(103) protects the high efficiency LED module from the outside by preventing the inflow of the rainwater or dirt. A connector connects a power line to the high efficiency LED module. An inverter(119) inverts 220V AC into 140V DC and supplies the DC to the high efficiency LED module.
