An annuloplasty band is formed using a device (10) to cut tissues and a devi ce (70) to fashion (i.e., roll, fold, bunch, etc.) the tissue into an annuloplasty band (100). A sizer (120) having a mounting ring (140) is used to determine and maintain the proper size and shape of the tissue annuloplasty band while attached to the annulus of a heart valve.
