<p>A liquid hot melt adhesive is used in adhering the PVC sheet and PP sheet and is liquid but is not solid while having the performance like the hot melt adhesive. A liquid hot melt adhesive(30) for the PVC sheet is manufactured by mixing a solvent 65~75 weight%, urethane resin 10~20 weight%, PVC resin 10~20 weight% and quenching agent 5~10 weight%. The solvent is any one of toluene, DMF, and MEK. The PVC resin is a resin with a superior heat resistance having the degree of polymerization of 1,000~3,000. The quenching agent is any one of aerosol or a polyacrylate copolymer.</p> |
