An average diameter of particles of a Cu2O ultrafine particles(1) is 1-100 nm. An standard deviation of the particle diameter of the sphere of Cu2O ultrafine particles is 0 - 10%. The sphere of Cu2O cohesive material particle(10) is formed by cohering a plurality of Cu2O ultrafine particles. The average particle diameter of sphere of Cu2O cohesive material particles of sphere is 0 - 40%. The average particle diameter of sphere of Cu2O cohesive material particles of sphere is 0.1 - 10 mum.
