<p>White light having various optical spectrum and the color temperature can be implemented by forming a plurality of lighting-emitting portion in one package. The light emitting device comprises the first lighting-emitting area emitting the day light color in which the color temperature is 6000K or greater and the second lighting-emitting area emitting the warm white in which the color temperature is 3000K or less. The first lighting-emitting area and the second lighting-emitting area are independently operated. The first lighting-emitting area and the second lighting-emitting area comprise the light emitting diode chip and fluorescent material. The corresponding groove can be formed in each lighting-emitting area so that the first lighting-emitting area and the second lighting-emitting area are separated.</p>
