<p>Solid dosage formulations are provided for a compound having the formula: (I) R2 = Cl, F, Br,CH3, CF3, SCH3, NHCH3, NO2, CN, OH, OC1 - C6 alkyl, substituted OC1 - C6 alkyl or a prodrug or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Formulations for tablets and multiparticulates containing a compound according to the above formula, a rate controlling component, and a binder are described, including formulations containing a seal coating, release rate controlling coating, and/or enteric coating. Pharmaceutical uses and kits thereof are also described.</p> |
