<p>Disclosed is a superconducting thin film material wherein good superconducting characteristics are achieved by preventing element diffusion. Also disclosed is a method for producing a superconducting thin film material. Specifically disclosed is a superconducting thin film material (10) comprising a substrate (11), an intermediate layer (12) composed of one or more layers and formed on the substrate (11), and a superconducting layer (13) formed on the intermediate layer (12). The intermediate layer (12) has a thickness of not less than 0.4 μm. The intermediate layer (12) is preferably made of an oxide having at least one crystal structure selected from a sodium chloride structure, fluorite structure, perovskite structure and pyrochlore structure.</p> |
