A driver of the semiconductor memory device is provided to improve the capacity of the driver by driving the signal of the voltage higher than the power supply voltage or the voltage level lower than the ground voltage. In a driver of the semiconductor memory device, bootstrap(100) generates a boot signal of the specific voltage level in response to the input signal when the control signal is enabled. A control unit generates the control signal in response to the enable signal and outputs the input signal or the boot signal in response to the control signal as the out enable signal(200). An output unit(300) generates the output signal in response to the out enable signal. |
