A light emitting device and the lighting apparatus using the same is provided to control the color temperature by controlling the amount of the current, applicable to electronic medical and instruments. A light emitting device and the lighting apparatus includes a first light-emitting device(2) having the peak wavelength of 320 - 500nm, a second emitting device(6) having the peak wavelength of 470 - 600nm and a third emitting device(8) having the peak wavelength of 570 - 700nm. A color temperature controller controls the illumination intensity of the emitting device and controls the color temperature of the light emitting device. A color temperature control signal generator generates a PWM signal controlled through on-off time and controls the color temperature by controlling the illumination intensity of the emitting device through the LED driver circuit. |
