摘要 From the total environmental impact standpoint the efficiency of a fluid heating system is determined by the heat loss in the production and storage of clean hot fluid stage and heat loss in the distribution of hot fluid stage and the hea t lost in the waste fluid. An ultra high efficiency environmental fluid heating method and apparatus i s disclosed that is designed to simultaneously 1. reuse a portion of the heat from waste fluid by transferring part of the useable heat of the waste fluid to the clean fluid, and 2. to heat on demand the intake clean fluid to a desired temperature to avoi d heat losses during production and storage of clean hot fluid and 3. distribute on point of use the clean hot fluid with minimal distribution heat loss. As the waste fluid drains through the heat recovery device of the fluid heat er is at a temperature above the normal fluid heater intake fluid temperature. The he at recovery device that is part of the ultra high efficiency environmental flui d heater can be used to efficiently reuse heat from the waste fluid and preheat incoming clean fluid before the fluid heater heats it. By heating the fluid on site of the distribution point using an on demand- heating device the proposed invention minimizes heat losses from storage. By integrating the hot fluid distribution means into the fluid heater it is possible to achieve high efficiency in fluid distributing and in one embodiment of the invention it is even possible to totally eliminate the need of a hot fluid line in the plumbing system and the heat losses and fluid losses associated with this.</ SDOAB>
