The element is equipped with radially movable locks and hooked by elastic units towards inside the bore. A support element (2) has a tenon engaging in the bore by pushing back the locks to a locking position in which the locks engage under a head (T) of the tenon. The locks are actuated by levers mounted on the body around axles (20, 21) parallel to axis of the bore.
