The device has sensors for providing data or information e.g. time, on consumption of water, gas, telephone invoice and electricity, where the data is transmitted via wired or wireless way. A microcontroller receives the data to process the data. A display is provided for displaying the data. Detectors detect presence flute gas, rise of excessive heat, and presence of pollution inside premises. A siren is provided for alarming, if intrusion detection is found by the detector.
