A transmission-reception channel matching apparatus of a mobile terminal and a measuring apparatus is provided to allow a user to confirm a matching status of the transmission-reception channel of the measuring apparatus and the mobile terminal by equipping a display unit for displaying the status of the transmission-reception channel of the measuring apparatus and the mobile terminal. A terminal on a side of a terminal is electrically connected to an option pin equipped to a serial communications connector of the mobile terminal(100). A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) includes a transmission and reception terminal corresponding to a transmission-reception channel of a measurement apparatus for sending and receiving the transmission signal and received signal. The terminal side terminal according to the on/OFF information of the switch and the dip switch which selectively connects transmit and receive terminal it is combined in PCB (250). A dip switch selectively connects the transmission and reception terminal on the terminal side according to ON/OFF information of the switch.
