摘要 The present invention discloses automated equipment for optimising the synthesis of peptides in solid phase, or in general organic synthesis performed in a solid support, wherein a plurality of sequential steps are involved. The system includes a plurality of containers, micropumps and pipe-interconnected valves, connectors and multiplexers, as well as a reactor, conductometer, agitators, vacuum pump, electronic system and control software, and PC. The components are integrated in a division system and attached to a support including four metallic and covered columns. The integrated system allows the reactants added to the solid phase in the reactor to be pre-activated, also reducing cross-contamination problems and allowing each reaction involved in the synthesis to be optimised, thereby minimizing reactant costs.
