An organic electro luminescence device is provided to improve the lifetime of the organic electro luminescence device by removing the polymer acting on impurity in the light-emitting layer. A manufacturing method of organic electroluminescent display is composed of the step forming the first electrode(120) on the substrate(110), the step forming the light-emitting layer(133`) including the photodegradation polymer on the first electrode, the step for dissolving the photodegradation polymer included in the light-emitting layer by irradiating the polymer the light-emitting layer, and the step forming the second electrode on the light-emitting layer in which the photodegradation polymer is disassembled. The light irradiated in the light-emitting layer is the ultraviolet ray. The photodegradation polymer is the polymer in which chromophore is included. The light-emitting layer is formed by using the spin coating or the slit coating. |
