The device includes a housing (10) defining the cover (12), and the electric ventilating device (14) which can be detachably housed in the cover (12) at the mounting position. The electric ventilating device (14) includes the motor (16) which drives two turbines (18) arranged on both sides thereof. The turbines are housed in two turbulence chambers (22) formed in the cover. The housing (10) includes a taking-in/out port (24) formed crosswise in an end area of the cover (12) in a direction of the mounting axis (YY) corresponding to a common axis (20) of the motor and the turbines. Accordingly, the electric ventilating device can be attached or detached along the axial direction (YY) corresponding to the common axis.
