NUTRITION SUPPLEMENT COMPRISING PLANT NUTRIENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nutrition supplement comprising plant nutrients.

SOLUTION: A composition and a method for supplementing the lack in the plant nutrients caused by meals are provided. The composition comprises the following plant nutrients: at least one of lutein, lycopene, epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), ellagic acid, hesperidin and quercetin. The lack in the plant nutrients caused by meals is supplemented by administration of these plant nutrients in an amount equal to or more than the amount of these plant nutrients existing in a recommended daily list of fruits and vegetables.
