PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave acceleration extraction device which improves the extraction rate of microwave extraction to shorten an extraction time.

SOLUTION: In the microwave acceleration extraction device comprising an extraction tank 10 accommodating an extraction raw material and a solvent, and a microwave source 31 driven and controlled by a power supply device 20 to supply microwaves into the extraction tank, microwaves are supplied into the upper part of the extraction tank through a lateral waveguide 32, or microwaves conducted to a metal agitation rod 36 through an upper waveguide 34 are supplied into the extraction tank, which enables supply of microwaves corresponding to various raw materials to improve extraction speed and efficiency.
