<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic imaging apparatus capable of easily improving the quality of a CFM-mode image and a B-mode image according to the state of movement of a region to be imaged. <P>SOLUTION: The movement of the tissue image displayed as the B-mode image is detected by using M-mode image information (Step S602). When the image of the tissue has no movement, a first acquisition time for B-mode scanning to reduce the image frame rate of the B-mode scanning and a second acquisition time for CFM-mode scanning are changed (Step S605 or Step S606). In this way, the high-quality B-mode image or CFM-mode image can be acquired without impairing the real-time property of the tissue image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
