<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a large cost increase even by changing a layout of a particulate filter, a selective reduction type catalyst and a mixing pipe. <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust emission control device has: a collecting unit 15 constituted by installing a gas collecting chamber 9 on the outlet side of a filter case 7 for collecting exhaust gas 3 coming out of the particulate filter 5 while switching the direction in the substantially right-angled direction; the mixing pipe 10 extracting the exhaust gas 3 collected by the gas collecting chamber 9; and an NOx reducing unit 16 constituted by installing a gas dispersion chamber 11 on the inlet side of a catalyst case 8 for dispersing the exhaust gas 3 introduced by the mixing pipe 10 while switching the direction in the substantially right-angled direction, and is constituted so that the mixing pipe 10 is connected even to any surface of the obverse and reverse of a downstream side end part 9a of the gas collecting chamber 9 and an upstream side end part 11a of the gas dispersion chamber 11, and various layouts are provided by only rearranging these members. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
